I am a cheap son of a gun, and have done most of the upgrades on my Disco myself.

I have gotten an ARB bumper and I have a Ramsey RE12000 winch, but fitting it is a pain. So it looks like I will have to make yet another bracket/basket to fit it to the bumper. I am really tired of always being in the shop making something and I have been putting off working on my house.

I was thinking of trading this winch for a strong equivalent which would be more compatible, I guess that would be a Warn. Anyone know much about the 10000lb Warn? Anyone think about trading? Anyone want to buy?

M10000 is discontinued. An M12000 will fit w/o mods.

My brand new in the box RE 12K with rollerfairlead may be for sale soon also... I just bought a 94 Disco that needs a lot of work and I've got 3 other projects. Let me know if anyone is intersted...
