There are 2 pictures postde on the site...I would like to hear some comments...
Personnaly, I like the fact that it is great for the approach angle, but John MUST have been drunk (:)) when welding up the "bullbar"...

I like it but, I would like to see the bars wrap around and guard the head lights.

I dig the pre-runner look! Integrating full-wrap would be good, too. If John can weld like that when drunk, then more power to him :)

i like it....the finished product looks way better than the unfinished shot he had on there prior...

I would like a fullgrown bar, John states that he can customize each bumper...as long as it does not rotate, and that it is very sturdy, then he made it...plus, it has to be relatively cheap...

"A 2nd model is currently being manufactured for a more traditionl look. As always, comments and suggestions are welcome."

John...
didn't mean to offend you at all...I would love to have that bumper if i could CARRY it...(you know shipping costs to the middle east)...but it seems like a set of headers and not a bullbar...that is all...drunk or not drunk...i do purchase your products...was weight the reason that you came up with the "A" bar intead of the a whole bullbar???

Just looking at a different look, there will be a full brush bar design....so....take your pick, choices are better.

I am finding myself strangely attracted to John's pre-runner design. I typically don't like that look on trucks, but seeing John's sitting there I think it looks pretty darn cool. Definately looks better than $G to me which is the only other bumper to come close to that level of front end clearance.

John - I like it ... I like it alot! I will even provide the Jack Daniels for you to weld a bumper like that for me :) Do you know what price range you are looking at yet and when production will kick in?

The bumper project is mellowing and distilling properly, not in oak casks....but real soon...

Damn, that's getting close to the coveted 90 degree approach angle. John, Have you had a chance to measure yet? (approach angle that is) Looks VERY nice.

Not measured yet, and not that close to the 90 deg, but as aggressive as they can be made with a winch, fenders, hood and headlights....

John, two things: How long after the DI bumper do you think the DII bumper will come? Will you be producing skid plates for the bumpers as well?

Both models look good to me. I look forward to them...

Thanks!

John, Will you make a matching rear bumper? My ARB airbag compatible is not real compatible on the rocks! Actually a pain in the ass this past weekend.

I can see a new set of bumpers in the future!

If you make a rear bumper, make sure that it has some extended bars protecting the body/ side panals. Kind of like Brian Morton's Bumper, but with more protection.

Damn, Ryan. Tell the man his business!! :)

I like the idea of protection, but have some mixed feelings on that rear bumper's looks. However, it it works, that is what is important. We all know the Disco has a tendency to put the left or right front in the air on hill climbs, and in a tight spot, this could help. However, it could also hang the otherwise very nimble and well sized disco up on something in the forest.
