We had to have our Brush Bar removed in order to install a tow bar. I would like to keep the lights. Does anyone have any ideas about how to attach them without the bar?

I have PIAA lights and they are thin enough to attach straight to the bumper. I just drilled it and hooked em up. Good luck, Mike what are you doing with your brush bar? I need one.

Before the brush bar was on, I attached my Hella 500's straight to the bumper, through the plastic bumper fascia by using stacked carbon fiber washers as spacers to span the gap between the plastic fascia and steel underlying bumper (otherwise torquing the lights down will pinch the plastic and create big dimples):

I may go back and put spacers in then. I have a little plastic crush, but pretty un-noticeable.

l/r uk sell a mini light bar that simply mounts atop the bumper for installation of 'spot lamps'.

I have one of these "mini light bars" for sale. It's a genuine LR part. I will sell for $75 shipped. I got a new bumper so I don't need it anymore.

Brian,
I cannot get to you via email. I am interested in your mini brush bar, but I need dimensions. I have a blue-ox tow bar installed and need to make certain it will fit.
Thanks, bev

the light bar i have was designed to bolt onto the factory bumper. I am not sure what kind of bumper you have, but I'll try to take some better pics with some dimensions for you.

Brian,
Will I need to drill into the bumper? I am very interested. How do the lights attach? I am already wired for lights.

Actually, i just sold it. But it does require drilling two holes into the bumper. The bar has two light tabs to mount lights. (kinda dissapointed they didn't add a 3rd in the middle).

I got mine at roveraccessories.com if you're interested.
