I have a couple of questions on this post. I pull my 20'ski boat with my disco about every weekend. When I first start off out on the road it pulls it real good, no lag. After about 30min on the road the disco starts being a real dog on take offs. I have thought that maybe the tranny is not cooling properly. (had the tranny flushed and refilled), the dealer said the tranny fluid look good. How else can I check for the prob?
Other question: After pulling the boat disco runs like a champ, lost of power. What could cause this? Should I go with higher octain gas?
Now let me remind you, here in Oklahoma its very hot 100+days, maybe a factor?
