Pretty seemless or not?? Do I have to replace anything (heads, computer, etc). Thanks in advance.

Rich-
You will need:
1. cam for distributor drive ie.. 4.2L cam
2. set of lifters
3. oilpan for 4.0 ( or you can pound out your pan to clear new crank)
4. possibly dipstick tube for above
5. manufactured spacer for crankshaft
6. head gaskets, bolts, intake gasket endclamps seals and bolts, any other bits and pieces

Is there something wrong with your current 3.9? What do you think you will be gaining by going with the 4.0 if your 3.9 is ok?
