With OME Nitro-charger shocks, offering a much softer ride than the Bilstein shocks, will the increased flexibility allowed to the springs cause said springs to wear faster than if they were paired to a much stiffer shock?
The nitros are made for use with the OME springs, yes?

Not really.
Shocks will not have an impact. Its all how you use the truck. Lots of wieght and flexing is what beats down the springs.

Yes.
Ron's right about exercising the springs - lots of weight and flex is what really compresses and stretches the springs. Different shocks may affect how the ride feels to you, but the springs won't give a damn, in my opinion.
