Who makes aftermarket wheels that will fit the Discovery? And does the Range Rover have the same bolt pattern (5 on 6.5") as the Discovery? Were the bolt patterns different for the models (Pre/Post 98?) Thanks!

discos share the same bolt pattern as the older range rover models... the county ones.
5 on 6.5
you can get some steel wheels from
http://www.gulfcoastrovers.com/rovers/arwhl/index.htm
there are some alloys made by borbet... but quite pricey.
disco2 share the same botl pattern with the newer range rovers 4.0SE/4.6HSE

You can also go to Stockton wheels http://www.stocktonwheels.com
They MAKE wheels to fit, with various widths offsets, and backspacing.

If your looking for steel wheels, try Tirerack.com. I got mine for my DSII. Their wheels are made by Hays-Lemmers, the same folks who make the NATO wheels. Only $49.95 each.

RoverAccessories makes a 16x8 wheel for disco2 for $89, and a 16x7 for a little less. 16x8 is slightly offse.
