I own a 97'XD and I bought new tires. 245/75 R16
Bfgoodrich all terrain and they are rubbing on the right front radius arm. I've got the stock
suspension on it, naybe if I lift it that will go
away, or put on wheel spacers. Anyone have any
suggestions.

Cheap and easy way is to adjust your bumpstops. See the tech section under wheels/tires. Terry West discusses how.
This will decrease your turning radius, which new wheels or wheel spacers will fix. Lift will also help.

I never bothered to adjust my steering stops when I installed the 235/85/16 tires. There is rubbin on the LH radius arm at full lock, but it seem to be pretty benign - only the tire lugs rub, it doesn't jam or anything. If it's real bad, just adjust the stops a little bit.

BTW, if you have the stock suspension with thoes tires you will rub on the back of the rear fender lip when the axle articulates. If you don't trim the corner it will cut your tires and mangle the bodywork.
