I have a red 97 Disco. When it rains It gets condensation on the edges of the doors.It only forms on the back edges towards the door handles.It doesn't go all the way to the bottom,it stops about mid-way.
The dealer had the detail shop look at it and he tried telling me that it was from off roading and the moisture was getting in under the claer coat.The only thing is is that this has been happenning since I bought it in 1999.
Has anyone had this problem?
I didn't want to post this with the rust topic because I haven't noticed any yet.

I just posted a similar problem that I am having with the clear coating on my 97 Disco as well. I have not taken my vehicle to dealership as of yet. I was hoping to get some data on the problem from other Rover owners before I took it in. Maybe with the two us asking the same question we will get a response.
