I noticed on some XD's they have a larger black side decal and a yellow XD oval on the black hood. Do you know why and where i can get them. I just got one.

Available from the Land Rover Dealer...or so the brochure for the 97 says...and I think yours is a 97, eh? But, it comes with more than just the one on the hood and the side one, also quarter panel land rover sticker, american flag...and so on.

I live in Utah and have checked the American Fork, Utah dealership, the Colorodo Spring, Denver East and Denver South dealerships but they didn't have any decals. Here is a link for some Camel Trophy decals. If you find any dealer that carries any decals, let me know.

An XD is just a yellow 97 with seat covers. I would like to suggest you look into making it trail worthy. Like diff. guards, front skid plate, 2" or 3" lift, lockers, tires etc. etc. A stock disco is much better than most SUVs but you will not keep up with the trail trucks.
