Ok, some people have mentioned vibration problems were due to the T-case. I'm having vibs at 65+ mph. Already rulled out drivelines and pinion angles etc... What did people find was the problem with the T-Case? Front output shaft bearing? Rear output shaft bearing? I notice I have a good amount of slop in the front output shaft... I replaced the bearing, with a new one (SKF6207). Still has a lot of slop and still have the vibs.... The rear seems to have less play...
Truck has RTE 3", all the links, arms etc. Front and rear CV shafts, pinions are all within 3 degrees of pointing right at the t-case. I tried pulling front shaft, then rear shaft to isolate, but it happens both ways.... I'm sick of this... Am I going to have to empty the bank and get a new Case? Someone suggested tire pressures? worth a try. Shoul I go and replace the rear output shaft bearing too?
Anyone???

You might check your engine and T-case mounts. Mine were broken and they can cause drive shaft vibs. Have you had your tires balanced lately?

My problem was caused by the rear R&P. The truck would vibrate and whine when you decelerated from about 70MPH down through 67~65MPH.

Shortly after buying my Disco II I noticed severe vibrations at 68 mph plus, and, to a lesser extent, around 50 mph. At first, the dealership said my tires weren't balanced; their problem. Then they said my tires weren't round; their problem. Then they took the drive shafts out, one at a time, and determined that the transfer case needed to be replaced; definitely their problem. Now, with a new transfer case, I only experience vibration at 30 mph; joy! I suggest you try the steps the dealership tried on mine.
