I have a two inch lift and have replaced the rear rubber donut three times in the last year and a half and just about to replace the next one if i buy a second hand shaft with cv and pinion drive flange is it easy to change over? From what year disco should i get one from?

Any disco I or any RR with an lt230 so like 85-88

all the same length

are you replscing the centering bushing at the same time?

Yes, i have been replacing the bush always a pain to get out but get there in the end. Any ideas how easy or hard a new shaft would be to put on?

it is very easy all you need is the driveshaft the new pinion flange and the spacer that goes behind the pinion flange. (the pinion flange is shorter for the u-joint shaft)
