I recently installed RT 2" springs, cones and Rancho shocks in a 95 Disco and am getting a faint clicking sound coming from the back at low speeds. I have a roto flex drive shaft - the roto flex plate looks in good shape and the drive shaft is not over extended. I am also using the stock rear links. The brakes squeak a bit - nothing unusual, squeaked before I installed the lift. The diff seems to be fine. There doesn't seem to be anything rubbing against the drive shaft (a.k.a. road kill, shopping carts, etc). I had the truck up to 90 mph and am not getting any vibrations. Anybody come across this before? Should I just spit the bit and get a u joint rear drive shaft and the rear links?

Exhaust leak back there or the muffler maybe?

Checked that too ... recently installed a Borla cat back and doesn't seem to be any leaks or holes. The best way to describe the sound is like the clicking sound kids make when they stick baseball cards against their spokes with a close pin on their bike. I can only hear it when you are crawling along - once I give it some gas it is gone.

Subconsciously - maybe I am looking for a reason to install those gears I bought Good idea though, putting on the 235/85/R16's and that would check that out.

Don't worry - I will let them know they were adopted when the time is right. They have a good home. I used to live in West Chester, PA and visit every couple of years ... or if you are ever up this way ... I always can you use another recovery vehicle
