Anybody have any tips or tricks to getting this installed correctly. If it doesn't rain all weekend I'm going to try and install these. Any hints from some one that has done it already would be great.

98.. Should I just order new rod ends from the dealer and save myself the headache of finding out that the old ones are stuck on good and tight? Maybe I'll just do that anyway as I'm not going to be able to do it this weekend now anyway. Woke up this morning with flu really bad. Now I just need to figure out if I need two right ones and a left or two left ones and a right? Who knows maybe if I feel better tomorrow I'll pull one and see how hard it is to get off.

Hello Murray, I ordered new rod ends from Rovers North yesterday so the install should be easy. This way I don't have to worry about whether the rod ends are stuck on to the rods or not and also I can just use the old ones to set the length of the new ones. That way I shouldn't have to worry about the alignment. Should be pretty simple once I get the parts. I'll let you know.

I torched the rod ends w/oxy acedalene (real hot!!) and just worked the rod back and forth and it did break loose from the ends!!
