Anyone have any good recommendations for infant to toddler car seats?

With two kids, I think the Disco seat belt arangements suck in comparison to other vehicles. Neither of the two outboard rear seat belts naturally lock into place making a 10 second process to secure a seat in a caravan or Volvo
a 10 minute fight with extra buckles.
As for seat choices, get a copy of the consumer reports articles and also check with CPSC for recalls. I've exclusively used Century brand with no complaints.
