Does anyone have a link for a wiring diagram that covers a 1995 Disco?

I am trying to run down a voltage loss to the fuel pump, inertia sensor and need the wiring diagram for that trace. I have 12 volts at the fuse box (15 amp fuse for the fuel pump) but do not have but .1 at the inertia switch and only 5 for the guage at the fuel pump. No power at all for the pump. I have replaced the relay for the fuel pump as well. Can't understand what is wrong. Initially started with poor acceleration and missing which slowly (over several days) came to really bad missing all the time and then it wouldn't run. Changed the fuel pump and found that there was no power to the pump. What could be causing this problem? Also took the alternator off and had it checked at a rebuild shop. Nothing wrong with alternator.

Where did you check pump voltage? At the access plate harness or at the wheel well harness or elsewhere. I would try to isolate it a bit more first.
FYI - I hope you changed the wheel well-to-pump harness when you did the pump as they are known for going bad due to poor connectors.

Checked for voltage at the pump connection after changing harness, wheel well connection and at the rear left fog light that is fed off the same wiring harness. (light is also out due to power loss)

I finally found something useful on my own and will now share some useful knowledge with you folks. Order your wiring diagrams from this site:
