Hate to do this but I don't have a choice. Becareful ordering from Andy. I got burned for $35 for some CT decals. Got a couple pleasant emails from him when I started to inquire a couple of weeks ago about the order. Not heard from him in 2 weeks. Since I purchased via PayPal I'll be checking with them for recourse.

It looks like Discoweb will have to put a new section in Kyle's window. Throw a a**hole through Kyle's window. Or we can do like Jonny Law does and do a sting send them a letter that they won a new Disco and have them meet us somewhere and we can beat the crap out of them.
So far we would have 2 people
1. Scott Nichols (Burned gp with Hella 1000's)
2. Andy Smith ( burned redsrover CT decals)

This is really funny because I bought stuff from both those guys and did not have a problem. Based on other info we have determined Scott is a flake but I am not ready to put Andy on my s**t list yet.

Andy was active on the Cameltrophy group up until not too long ago, then nothing. You may want to ask in there if he is still around.

Ron I bought Scott's rack,ladder,jack,$Gjack mount,and 4 Hella 1000's and had no problems with him but I lived about 20miles from him so I met him 1/2 way and picked everything up. But when someone screws one of our Disco brothers or sister thats a different story.

...and i was coming all the way from state college to meet him wherever it suited. he either is a major flake or he intended to screw someone. he sold MTB the 4 hellas and then offered to re-sell a pair of them to me. either way i will keep calling him once a week and sending emails to his account til they are both turned off.

Andy received my money and replied via email on July 12. I got an email from him this morning asking me if I had received the decals. Maybe he's run into a road-block of some sort or maybe I'm trusting someone I shouldn't....

Update on Andy...

I finally got an email MONDAY asking if I'd received the decals. I responded "NO" and got another email saying he'd toss in a Mundo Maya fabric patch for my trouble, free gratis. I thanked Andy and asked if he'd sent a second set like he said he would last month and he said "Ron, you have my word that I sent a second set."

Wow, I have his word. That's good because he's got my $35!!! :->

I ordered some camel trophy stickers from him on August 6th, got my credit card bill and was charged. E-mailed him today, glad to hear he responded to you.I know it's only 35 bucks for two but still started feeling jipped after 3 weeks. Keep us informed if you actually receive them, I was going to cancel and take more action if no news was given on the status. At least you might get some bonus stuff!

UPDATE:

Today, August 30, 2001 I received a package from Andy Smith containing the free CT patch he promised in his email dated August 18, 2001 (the package was dated 08/21/2001). Still no decals that I paid for.

He contacted me and said wait 7 days and if I have not recieved him let him know. I guess he is having shipping problems. Nice to hear from him though, I think he is legit.
