I have a 98, when starting off from a stop there is a clunk from the front divers side. Dealer changed transfer case, noise is still there. I thought I saw a web page once showing someting about the front axle yoke/worn splines? but can't find it now. Any info for me?

Check the archives, this has been covered several times. The typical suspects are loose bolts and or worn bushings on radius arms, panhard rod etc.
