If anyone is looking for some rear cargo tiedowns and you don't mind drilling a few holes then go to 4x4connection.com. They have a tie down that works great. I have seen them in the back of a friends D90.
Go to the web site and then click on recovery gear. It will be one of the pictures in that section.
They are $9.95 for the whole setup and I think $6.95 for just the base.
