A friend of mine sells CO2 tanks. Yeah, he is my friend so don't trust me if you don't want too, but these do rock just as much as a PowerTank but cost a lot less.

What about a safety guard around the reg?
If that thing fell over and got knocked off you would be in for a dangerous ride.
I would definately make sure that thing is secured down. hell, any 30 pound object should be secured in... Looks like a fair price though.
I assume you can run air tools like the power tank.
