I replaced my battery today but do not have the radio code, I remember the service advisor telling me it was on the invoice recently.
Does any one know where it might be located?
The only recurring number on my recent invoices has digits over 6 so I am not sure where to look.

Thanks
Mike Little

I hope some one knows as I have miss placed both of my radio cards as well and it is getting time in the next couple of months for a new battery.

I'll check as soon as I get back from the lake if nobody posts an answer ... ran into the same problem a few months ago and have an invoice with the number circled.

found one ... under 'Options' on your invoice header information, they print 'RC=XXXXX', the XXXXX will be the value of your radio code.

can an obd II find the code?

I'd think not.... the OBD-II manages the engine; the code is punched directly into the radio. It would REALLY surprise me if there's some way to get the radio code that way.

When I bought my Disco, I had emailed the nearest dealer (2-hours away), and he sent me a print-out of the history on it. In the top header of the second page, it said "radio code" and had the five-digit number... it didn't have the "RC" that Murray's had... could be different dealer formats.

Call the dealer with your VIN , they will ussually give it to you if they know you. If not you may have to take a ride in.
