Hi all,
I want to build a rollcage for my disco. I am looking for a good rollcage fabrication company. Any help is appreciated.
Can any local metal fabrication shop do it?

TC,
I hope this question opens a lot of dialog. One of the biggest things I have wanted for my RR is a roll cage for when it becomes my "weekend truck". I called Safety Devices some time back, but they didn't offer anything for my style RR 2 years ago (sunroof and A/C). I seem to remember the Disco having many more options.
Most people install a roll cage because they expect it to save their lives in a roll-over. Given that criteria, I'd be more than a little scared letting the local joe blow work on it. To that end, I have decided that when I finally install mine, I am taking a little trip to Daytona or North Carolina, Those racing car fabricators sure as hell know how to make a sturdy roll cage. It won't be the cheapest option by a long shot, but if you ever roll down a cliff, you may be damn glad you paid a few extra bucks.
If this sounds sensible to you, stop by your local bookstore and get one of the NASCAR or circle track racing magazines. There are quite a few ads in the back for people making roll cages. I suspect that with a few ideas in your head from looking at the Camel Trophy, you could tell them exactly what you need. Unlike a racing car, you won't be overly concerned about side impact protection as much as the halo, and the stiffness at the roof corners.
Good luck with this man and let us know what you find out.

If you're near Balto, MD - goto Alston Chassis - did a bunch of work for me back in the 1/4 mile days - expensive, but great work - all NHRA certified.

Kyle -
chevelle cages - chevelle narrowed tubbed rear - and yes, if you can believe it a Mitsubishi p/up narrowed and tubbed with a spooled 12 bolt and a fairly hot Buick V6 (really had to push the guys at Alston to do that one!)
