I think there's only one type used on the non-electronic ignition trucks?

I hear they rarely go bad...but apparently a swap with another one from a 94 RR seemed to correct fault codes in the stepper motor & other misc. electronic crap

...This sound right?

...and the dealer wouldn't let me keep that one in there...Shucks...

Anyone have an extra??
