Can somebody help me to identify this?

The passenger rear wheel is a big mess on the inside. It does not appear to be brake fluid, what could be happening?

could be the axle seals.

Yep,

Sounds like a failed hub seal. Cheap part. Takes about 2 hours to change your first time through.

Could be the flange seal on the axle too. About 5minutes after you get the wheel off.
