Just installed new OME MD springs and Pro Comp 9000 shocks all around yesterday. Other than the time involved and the equipment that broke during install, things went pretty smooth. Thanks to Kyle for the step-by-step tech discussion. Now, my question is. When taking it out for a test drive after, I heard some LOUD clanking noises coming from the drivers side rear end. I have no idea what it could be, since this is my first project. Does anyone have any suggestions or ideas? Anything to check for would be appreciated. Oh, by the way, the before and after measurements are as follows:

Before: Drivers Front - 19 1/2 "
Passenger Front - 19"
Drivers Rear - 19 3/4"
Passenger Rear - 19 1/4"

After: Drivers Front - 22"
Passenger Front - 21 1/4"
Drivers Rear - 21 1/2"
Passenger Rear - 21"

So, it looks like about 2" all around. And what a difference it makes! Thanks for all the advice and help from everyone here.

Rob

When are you hearing the clanking noises? All the time? When going over bumps? Is it related to road speed or RPM?

Generally the only clanking is either U-Joint binding, or loose springs or shocks.

Congrats on the lift.
