Try this one on for size. I frequently take my disco to the car wash and everything goes fine. I know not to spray directly at the window seals and I manage not to get water into the cab. But somehow when my disco sits in the drive (perfectly level ground) overnight during a moderate rain; it gets sloppy wet inside. I get in and begin to back out and just then from the area where the headliner and the top of the doors meet, water flows out and all over the seats and windows. I can't really estimate exactly how much water; but I would have to say that it is a good bit. The water seems to be especially concentrated on rear passenger side. Sunroof and all windows are shut tight. Although the sunrof began to hang up, so I got it closed and now leave it alone. In addition to this the rear window switch began to malfunction. I can operate it from the front but my little girl cannot from her seat (right rear).
Has anyone had this happen to them?

Try taking apart the rear window lock control and putting it back together. Worked for me.

I think your probably right, sometimes things fix themselves or if you just take them apart and clean them up, they start to work again. It's worth a shot. Thanks.
