I am looking at purchasing a Disco II, and was wondering why it seems the resale value is much lower than other vehicles. I was surprised because not many in the market.

Any ideas?

Poor gas mileage, high maintaince and repair costs, general bad rep of rovers as far as value, used Luxury car syndrome (ie no one wants a used Rolls Royce).

Take advantage of it. Buy a used Disco.
