I will be getting some warranty work done on 96 Disco, diff seals and rear main seal on engine, which dealer should I take it to?
Smithtown , Glen Cove , Massapequa ,Southhampton or Manhattan ?
Anyone have any experiences with them?
Any suggestions?

Nick,
I have been very happy with Land Rover Manhattan, but that was when they were with BMW. I have only been there once since they moved to the Ford building. They treated me well, but it was only for my 14,000m check up, not a good evaluation of their service.

TALK ABOUT THE NEW LAND ROVER MANHATAN,I TOOK THE TRUCK BACK AND FORT THREE TIMES WITHIN TWO WEEKS FOR THE SAME PROBLEM. THEY CHANGED PARTS WHICH IS NOT EVEN RELATED WITH THE PROBLEM DURING EACH VISIT.I WONDER WHAT WILL THE COST BE IF IT IS NOT UNDER WARRANTY.I MISSED THE LANDROVER PERIOD BEFORE BMW AND FORD.

How about the dealerships in Long Island, anyone have any info on their abilities to fix these things?

Nick...FYI. All the LR dealers on Long Island are
all owned by the same company, the Long Island Automotive Group. The dealer in Manhattan is not. As for service and their ability to fix things, I was pleased with the shop in Smithtown as well as Massapequa. My two cents is to use whatever shop is closer to you.
Cheers Brian
