I recently replaced my pads and rotors on a 97 Disco. Afterwards the above light stayed on and the anti locking system will sometimes engage at low speeds. I can't find what's wrong though, Any suggestions is resolving this issue besides taking it to a dealer?

You probably disturbed an ABS sensor - try to reseat them all by pushing firmly down (by hand) and then backing up for 20-30 ft to self gap the sensors. Then just drive forward until light (hopefully) goes out.
