Code 21 - fuel tune select
Identifies that the tune select resistor is open circuit- refer to tune select resistor test.

look under the tech section there is a list for the codes...

RESISTENCE READING ON WHITE US RESISTOR IS 3700 TO 4100 OHMS , AT PINS 5 AND 27 AT ECU CONNECTOR.

THE RESISTOR IS LOCATED UNDER THE PASSENGER SEAT TAPED TO THE HARNESS.
