My brother just purchased a mid 90's Discovery. It didn't come with a cd changer cartridge and was wondering who the manufacturer was. Can I find one aftermarket or do I have to go to the dealership?

The factory changer in my 96 takes a Pioneer JD-T612. If you plug "Pioneer Jd 612" in to Google you will find many stereo places that sell them for ~15.00. My Local dealer wanted 32.00 or them.

They're made by Pioneer. Not usually carried by Pioneer dealers that I've seen. LR dealers have them, but they're a bit pricy there.
