Do you like your RPI chip? More power? Mileage?
Thanks

Well, I've got an RPi Tornado chip, but that came with a 4.6 engine. I am very satisfied with the 4.6 -- it is a big improvement over the 3.9. The only problem is that idle is a little rough, but I'm sure that can be adjusted, I just got tired of fooling with it.

I did some research a couple of months ago. RPI says to get it to work effectively on NAS trucks you'll probably have to get their adjustable fuel pressure regulator kit. East coast rovers says they wont ship one for you to put in. The only way they'll do it is if you bring it to them and they can "tune" your rover to work with it. Probably the fuel pressure. I eventually just gave up.

Hi....well I fitted the optimax chip about 9 months ago...and my idle is real rough....but always was....the power increase WITH the camshaft is considerable onthe std. 3.9....would I do it again....yes!....Changing the cam was involved though...but I needed to get a new cam anyway.
