I have just completed installing 4.11 gears and ARB in my Disco. I am a bit concerned however with the fact that my speedo is now about 7~10 mph faster than I am really going! I dont really care all that much, I was just wondering if anyone knew of an easy way to correct this. Thanks a lot in advance!

What size tires do you have? In a stock configuration, the Disco is about 7-10 mph over as it is! So, it sounds like you are right back on par with stock.

I am right there with ya. I don't think there is anything that can be done, at least not cheaply. I actually like it. No tickets due to the mental factor of the speedo being up in the "big numbers" even though you are not going that fast.

Scroll down about half way and look at the TRUSPEED SPEED SIGNAL CALIBRATOR. It is suppose to "The TruSpeed works with any electronic speedometer and hooks up in line with the speed sensor located on the transmission or transfer case of the vehicle. The TruSpeed alters the speed signal at its source, so speedometer reading, ABS function, and transmission shift points are all corrected to work with any non-stock tire diameter. A simple four-wire hookup is all it takes to install the TruSpeed...."
