I am having a problem and I need help. About 7 months ago, I purchase RoverTym 2” springs (front and read). They are sagging….now, I realized that I have lost all the clearance I gained when I originally installed them.
Is this normal?
Is anyone else having this problem?
How can this problem be rectified?

Thank You!

Jose,

What were your measurements? I'm still up a little over 2" with my springs.

How can this problem be rectified? Call John at RoverTym. His customer service has always been great!

Thanks,
Mike B.

John from RoverTyme has agreed to replace my spring ASAP.

Hey Mike,
How is the family? We are doing well.
I am up only 3/4 of an inch. I don't understand why, I did hear from 4 other RoverTym spring owners, that they have the same problem. John has agreed to replace my springs as soon as he gets the new shipment (new supplier too). I just hope it happens soon.... I am starting to look like a low rider here in LA. The rear springs are great. You said you still have 2", shouldn't you have 3"?
Say hello to the Mrs. and jr.
