Nice, clean install, Tom. My 96 doesn't have that round hump in the plastic behind the cubby front panel. What is behind there? My cubby front panel is also trashed from trying to store too much (heavy) stuff back there - those wimpy plastic tabs pop right out of their holes.

This has probably already been asked, but how many times do you think you can air those 4 tires from, say, 20psi back up to 40psi or so on one tankfull?

Bluegill -

A lot depends on tire size and pressure you like to run, but generally you can get over 10 trail rides out of a tank, give or take a few, and that is for 33x12.5's. Looking at it another way, 40 tire fillups from low pressure to street pressure.

The round bump is there just for strength. There is nothing behind it. The curve just makes it more rigid. I was going to cut it out, but it wouldn't add much room, anyway.

Tom
