The cup holder on my family's 2000 discovery2 broke. The problem is that it's me father's so I wish I could fix it. Actually, I really need to. Any help at all would be appreciated. ANY INFO AT ALL. maybe a link or some suggestions. I'd appreciate anything youd have to say, please help me out here. Thanks for taking the time.

so what's wrong with it- what broke? note the front cup holder on d1 will also fit. you can remove the assembly by pulling out the two ashtray /coinholder thingys on either side. it will expose some phillips head screws. remove those and the cup holder assembly comes out complete. install new or used cup holder and you're done. should take you about 10 mins including a good back scratch.
