All gasoline containers must be painted red. Paint your jerry cans, your disco (it does contain gasoline, right?) and any other cars you might own. Also any other cars you see parked on your block (best to do this at night when neighbors are asleep). Hope this helps.

For natural gas, you also need to wear one of those HazMat signs they have on the tanker trucks, in addition to wear red clothing.
