Good instructions that I used when I did mine.
I would recommend that you put the Disco on jack stands to increase your working room. Also, be sure you use something to spread the frame, else it will take far more time than necessary.

So the tranny cross-member can be dropped out easily (it is wedged in there). Porta-power works great, but in case you don't have one, cut a 2x4 just a little longer than the distance between the framerails and hammer it in there.
