Anyone know where to get a new spring for the cup holder? The dealer wants me to buy an $80 cup holder for the benefit of a 20 cent spring. ('96 Disco SE)

Along those lines, my ashtray doesn't come out, it never has, is it supposed to come out like the cup holder??? If so, where do I get that spring???

take it out (ashtray and cup thingy) and take it to a spring store, and match it up ;)
