Probably about the 5th time in 4 years that the rear pinion seal has let go. Last time I had the drive flange (standard universal joint NOT Rotoflex)replaced but it still leaked within a couple of months. Any ideas??

Check your axle breather - it may be plugged/clogged causing excessive pressure in the pumpkin - the only way out is through the pinion seal

Chk breather as Bill suggested, then next issue is whether the oilseal has a proper seating, i.e. scratches on the shaft onto which it should seal. If that's the case, you should purchased thin metal sleeves to be wrapped around the shaft, which will give a proper surface for the oilseal. There were this article on this in LROI tech section some months ago (for series-vehicles).
