I have looking at DI's for a little while trying to find the perfect one. The one thing that I can't get past is the lack of cup holders. What are you guys doing about this.

Charlie,
There are cup holders that slide out from under the climate control. Just push on the area beneath the climate control knobs, and you should see cup holders appear. I just wish they were bigger(20 oz bottles don't fit). I prefer 20oz bottles to cans on the trail...less splash. :-)

Charlie,
I'm not sure about a DI, but the best cup holders on a DII are in the back seat. Fully ajustable and compleatly useless for me while driving.

My disco has three cup holders...
one under in the front under the climate control
one in the rear which is inside the lid of the cubby box when open
and one - OI! WOMAN! HOLD MY DRINK WHILE I DRIVE!

Yeah, all the options.
Only problem with the third cup holder is it does whine quite a bit.
Tried to seal it shut, but to no avail.

Diesel,
I had the problem as you. I fix it by made a spacer out of plastic. All you need is a peice of plastic and a lathe. Turn the outside down to fit the opening on the cup holder and the other end to fit the 20 oz. I will see if I have a picture of my.

That sounds like it might work. I would be interested to see the pictures. Until I figure out a solution, I will continue to stuff the bottle between myself and the center console. I hope I nver lose the cap.

I like a Pal's BIG tea, NO WAY it'll fit in the cup-holder.
SO, I use the REALLY BIG cup holder.... just open the center console, squish the junk all up along the sides and nestle the cup down into the console's compartment. All of the junk keeps the cup from flopping around. Yeah you lose the use of the arm-rest, but I won't be using it while I have a Pal's tea!
