The forward ceiling cabin light blinks when the door is opened but remains on when the door is closed again. This is quite annoying at night though when entering the car. Is there any way to fix this so that it doesn't blink?

Also, I have a short somewhere under the hood because when engaging or disengaging the alarm only one side of the car's lights blink. Meaning, the passenger side lights from front to back work, but not the driver's side. However, all of the hazzards work, all bulbs are fine. Any clues?

Blown fuse , I think its the one for the interior lights...

Not the fuses, I checked them all, both under the hood and under the dash.
