Hi folks,
I got my OBD2 scanner last week. It works pretty well at reading OBD data from the car's computer, and it is supposed to also let you reset the Check Engine (MIL) light.
I live in Reston, VA near Dulles airport. If you have the need to reset your MIL or read off some data, let me know and you can drop by and we'll hook it up.
I'd be happy to do this at no charge. I know the frustration of shelling out $100 to the dealer for the same thing. What a rip off.
btw, it only works with 1996 or newer models.
Just happy to help out.
Scott
