Another week, another little sumthin to work on...

The right hand side of my a/c control panel (pass side) is no longer lit up. Left side still shows a nice bright green, but it seems the left side bulbs are out. How hard is this to change, anyone done it?

I had some dash lights go out mysteriously once too. After lots of investigating and phone calls, I discovered it was a blown fuse caused by of all things a loose bulb mount in the glove box. If you slammed the glove box just right with the lights on, it caused a short. Bizzare, but also kind of smart, as its a way of letting you know a fuse is bad. I have been told that some of the wiring in Rovers is done this way so to provide a visual clue to blown electrics in areas you might not notice otherwise. ie. tail light.

just what I have been told..
