Brett - Check in with the folks at www.flatlandroversociety.com I believe some of the members are from St. Louis. In addition, I think there are some trails south of you down around Ironton and the Johnson Shut-ins.

nothing really close to St. Louis.
everything is about 2 hours south of there.
there are a few LR owners in the STL area.
