I am going to look at a '99 DI at a LR dealer in Mass. today. What are some obvious questions I should ask?

That depends, Charlie. Will the dealer be hooked up to a lie detector during your visit? Try asking this one: "How many lawsuits has your dealership had to defend itself against in the past year?" Seriously, test drive it, get the costs, get the history, and then just ask for the vin #. Post the vin here and some nice soul will get back to you with the recorded history so you'll know if your dealer is honest or not. 1999 DI should be about the best you'll find, but running vin # for service history gives good indication of that particular truck.
