Okay just got a little chilly this week. Went to turn my heater on in my 95 Disco & nothing happens. Then tried turning the AC on same deal nothing. Checked the fuses look good. Any suggestions where to begin troubleshooting? TIA

Roy,
Same thing happened to my '94. So here's what I did: I turned on the fan full blast, watched smoke come out from inside the dash. Promised to never do that again.
That was over a two years ago. Haven't missed AC or heater too bad. Thanked God I live in SoCal.
Anyone actually fix this problem?

Worn bushes in fan motor?
Faulty switch or bad earth connection to the heater?

Check the fan speed switch. Mine is on its way out, and I have to play with the switch to make it work. I now only have two speeds, intermittent on and off. The part is about $150 or so from AB.

Damn, I have the same problem! 95 disco, I replaced the switch, nothing! Double damnit! I'm now thinking about the blower moter realay or the blower its self? The recirc, A/C lights wont come on no fan no nada.
