For the past few weeks I have been having a power steering inconsistency problem. Every once in a while (like every other day or so) the steering will become hard to turn while doing low speed maneuvering (like parking). This does not happen on a regular basis and can happen when the engine is cold at the beginning of the day or even after the D1 has been running all day.

I checked the Power Steering Fluid levels and it seems to be in order. Does anyone have any ideas?
