ANY SUGGESTIONS FOR LOCATING THE +4 BOSCH PLUG. I ASKED TWO LR DEALERS AND THEY ONLY STOCK CHAMPION AND I ALSO STRUCK OUT AT THE LOCAL AUTOZONE. IS THERE A BUSINESS WITH A WEB SITE THAT OFFERS THESE PLUGS ? THANKS

Pep Boys carry them.

I found them at Autozone. The specific store was in East Texas, but they also have them here (at the San Antonio stores). I still have the box if your store need the part number, though, it is on the store computer. If you want to order, go through Autozone. Or, Rover Connection lists the +4. They even have an advertisement for the plugs.

By the way, the plugs were easy to install and they make the 96 Disco run like a champ again.

Roveraccessories has them but they are way expensive. They want $70 for the eight plugs. Pep-Boys has them for less than $50, and no shipping.

Robert Gaspar--that is odd since the Autozone I bought them at looked up the part number for me. The part number is 4478. The plugs come in boxes of four and cost around $50 for eight. This seems to be a part from the manufacturer since its not a sticker. I'll look at Walmart next time I go; they always seem to have differnt selection in San Antonio compared to other places. Earlier, I looked quickly for a Bosch web site but could not find it--I'm sure its there! Doug

Robert--had a free moment to check on your question further. Check out www.autozone.com/Catalog/catalog.html for Bosch 4+ spark plugs. The one question I should have asked early on is, "what year is your truck?" There might be a chance that the plugs are not available for a specific year...Cheers, Doug
