I have a hissing noise coming from what sounds like the passenger side of the motor. It gets stronger as I increase throttle. I can't pinpoint where the problem is though. Anyone have any idea/suggestions?

could be the hose from the plenum to the passenger side rocker cover.
just a thought....

that or maybe exhaust manifold gasket, although a bad gasket should give more of a growl than hiss...
and thanks for the plenum hose advice, Danno - I fit hose to "plastic thingy" on rocker and clamped to plenum just like you said.

Where is the Carbon Canster?

The CC is a round thing next to the fuse box and coolant tank. There are three vaccum ports on top. It is about the size of a 1lb can of coffee.
